Caregiver Support Groups
Peer support in a non-judgmental atmosphere is a source of support for families caring for a frail loved one or someone with Alzheimer’s. Our group leaders are professionally trained to lead groups which offer emotional support and practical advice for caring for a loved one.
Free on-site care is provided during the meetings.

Educational Events for Professionals & Caregivers
Our mission extends to providing education to the professional elder care network, caregivers and the community at large on issues related to aging, Alzheimer’s disease and caregiving. For professionals, we often can provide continuing education units. For caregivers, having information will support good decision making while furnishing the tools to cope with the challenges of caregiving.
Topics may include: Elder Law and Estate Planning; Accessing Community Resources; Understanding Alzheimer’s Disease; Managing Difficult Behaviors and Communication; Activities to Do at Home; Medicare and Medicaid; Safety in the Home.
Most of our events are free and open to the public. Some may require a nominal contribution.
